Under his leadership, 1 Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and 3 Ulugbek state scholarship holders were trained.

developing and leading the implementation of plans for professional development and internships of university professors, staff and researchers at foreign higher education institutions;
preparing proposals for establishing faculties and departments in cooperation with foreign higher education institutions in order to improve the quality of education and ensure the training of specialists in accordance with international standards;
commercializing advanced training courses developed on the basis of best practices by offering them to other local higher education institutions;
conducting annual reviews of international cooperation activities of departments, faculties and divisions, carrying out analysis and drawing conclusions;
conducting regular internal attestation of the university (departments and relevant structures) in accordance with established procedures for international cooperation conditions, preparing for external attestation and actively participating in its implementation.
